wowsers!
well, since my last post, here's the dirt:
my last job went down in flames. the owner went mentally AWOL due to a new marriage (can you say "whooped"?). i began training for my CDL to make up the missing hours/pay. around the time i finished said training, the business went kaplooey. well, they are still in business (as of today), but they are circling the drain, like when they paid bear's vacation time owed, but not mine. sound like your basic self destruct? you'd be right.
the job i was training to get my CDL for ended up being my only job, and i really like it. i only work about 20 hours a week, and i feel like that's the right mix for my mental happiness. plus, when i leave work each afternoon, there isn't anything to take home with me. that's the greatest thing ever.
the bug has hit puberty, so i really feel like i need to be there even more for her. she's lashing out with all kinds of great behavior that i wouldn't wish on anyone.
well, i can promise this is the first of many posts. i won't go myspace on anyone. i don't even have a target audience right now. but one thing i know is i am starving and think i'll go fix myself some pizza rolls. :)
