if you never try, then you never know
well, it's been another month since i last blogged. another long month, full of drama & heartache. i quite honestly feel that one day i'll either have a lifetime movie of the week or abc dramedy based on my life. weeks, no months, will go by without anything dramatic happening, but everyday is full of laughter.
i recently turned 30, which is ancient as most of my co-workers will tell you. i feel like time is running out for me to figure out what to do with my life. i know what i want, and i even think i know what i need. i also feel very strongly that these two things can be found with the same person/situation. i just have to figure out how.
my current most appropriate song for my life is fix you, by coldplay. here's an excerpt:

this is not to say this is my current fave song. that's a hard one to choose. i really like chasing cars, how to save a life, lotion (kick butt song by the greenskeepers) & far away. i don't even know if any of these are my favorites. i really just like to escape into the land of 'pod and think. i completely over think everything. surely that can't be a bad thing.
